呵呵,电动打蛋器效率就是高,比手工打快多了今天做的巧克力冰淇淋,蛋黄+糖打白,加牛奶打,放巧克力,然后小火煮开,接着打,然后隔冰水继续打,降温。奶油加糖隔冰水打发,和巧克力蛋奶混合,进冰箱冻,然后就好了,哈哈,电动的一点也不累。
